We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your KT by Knix gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some period-absorbent products must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse receives and inspects the items.
